Joanne Bell is an award-winning photographer based in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. In 2023 she received top honors in color photography at the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, Massachusetts, and Honorable Mention at the Syrmia International Exhibition of Photography in Croatia and the Piedmont Regional Photography Show in Somers, Connecticut. Joanne's photographic art was also selected to create banners for the Crossroads Cultural District in Greenfield, Massachusetts. In prior years she's been awarded first place in local competitions held by both the Wilbraham Art League and the Valley Photo Center.
